A multinational entering three high-risk markets engaged Grey Prism to design and test its protective security architecture before operations commenced.
We established physical, procedural, and technical controls from the ground up — built to the specific threat environment, not a generic framework.
Corporate assurance
A FTSE-listed energy company required an independent review of its global security programme after a board-level governance review. Grey Prism assessed physical, technical and procedural controls across seven jurisdictions. We identified critical gaps and designed a remediated
security architecture aligned to the board's risk tolerance.
Principal & family
A principal with a high public profile required discreet security planning across a worldwide tour — multiple jurisdictions, compressed timelines, public and private environments. Grey Prism designed and managed the full protection programme, covering travel, venues, residential stops, and family movements throughout.
Maritime
A commercial shipping operator required security advisory and crew protection planning for vessels operating in elevated-threat waters. Grey Prism provided route risk assessment, on-board security protocols and incident response planning, integrated with the operator's existing maritime management systems.
